Key responsibilities:

• Perform general troubleshooting and repair of Hard Capsule Machines (HCMs) to address breakdowns and quality issues.
• Examine machine components for wear or damage, replacing or rebuilding as needed, and maintaining equipment to strict standards.
• Respond to trends in quality and machine performance, taking self-initiative to learn and maintain compliance with both existing and new equipment.
• Carry out mechanical duties as directed by Senior Lead and/or Lead Coordinators and perform other tasks as requested by management.
• Perform bar changes, daily preventive maintenance (PM), verifications, and quality checks.
• Ensure the cleanliness of HCMs and adhere to all safety and cGMP guidelines.
• Interact and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be available for mandatory overtime as business needs dictate.
• Maintain consistent attendance at the plant site, making sound business and quality decisions.
• Complete mechanical and basic electrical duties to achieve department goals, following work instructions to support and implement PM, PDM, and breakdown maintenance.

Key requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, mechanical, or technical fields.
• A 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment with strong communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
