Senior Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Vacaville, California (On-site)
Join our Process Maintenance Team in Vacaville and play a vital role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational excellence. As a Process Mechanic, you’ll maximize equipment availability through safe preventive and corrective maintenance, perform repairs, and support 24/7 operations. You’ll also contribute to discrepancy response, contractor oversight, vendor resource management, project support, and training—while being cross-trained to maintain systems in manufacturing support areas, Materials Management, Quality Control Labs, and Utility Operations.
Shift: Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00pm to 6:30 am
Every other Saturday night 6pm-6:30 am

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What you will do
Perform repair and preventive maintenance on valves, pumps, centrifuges, autoclaves, washers, tanks, and associated piping.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to maintain optimal equipment performance.
Assist with system start-up, validation, and spare parts management.
Train other mechanics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Interpret Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID) and review SOPs for accuracy.
Execute tasks safely, including confined space entries and working at heights.
What we are looking for
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
Proficient relevant industrial maintenance experience.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial process equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations.
Proficiency with CMMS and basic computer applications.
Valid driver’s license.
